All installations are completed with care to ensure a secure, clean, and reliable fit. Installation costs are confirmed prior to booking and are payable on the day of service.
Warranty –
All products supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable, which may vary depending on the brand. We also provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for added peace of mind.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper installation (where not installed by us), accidents, general wear and tear, or any modifications made after purchase. All warranty claims may be subject to inspection and manufacturer approval.

Warranty –
All installation work carried out by our team is backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This covers any faults directly related to the installation to ensure everything is fitted correctly and performs as intended.
This warranty will be void if the product or installation has been tampered with, modified, removed, or repaired by any third party after completion. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or faulty components not supplied by us.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, as different items can have different handling and dispatch requirements. Some products may be in stock and ready to send, while others may require additional processing time.
Delivery timeframes will also depend on your location and the selected courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

Due to the nature of our products, items that have been fitted or installed are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are deemed faulty. We do not accept returns for issues caused by incorrect installation or misuse where the product itself is not at fault.
Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
